Our Magnet Planners are designed in-house and manufactured in Australia.

Magnet planners are flexible and will stick to your fridge, even if it's curved. 

We have a large range of magnet planner sizes, see our size guide for measurements.

Please check your fridge prior to ordering as magnet planners do not work on all fridge types. If a household magnet attaches to your fridge, our planners will too. 

The magnets are flexible and return to their flat shape even after being bent and they can withstand a maximum temperature of 80°C. 

Fridge Magnet Material is 0.6mm thick commercial grade rubber-iron alloy with high magnesium content for a strong hold on fridges and filing cabinets that does not diminish over the years. 

Finished with a clear cellosheen gloss finish, our magnet planners are beautifully finished and protected from fading and getting dirty.

Liquid chalk markers are the perfect tool to use on our magnet planners. It writes beautifully on the cello surface and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. 

Whiteboard markers can also be used on most of our products with the exception of the classic black or dark coloured backgrounds however, they do need to be used in conjunction with whiteboard cleaner to avoid staining. 

We recommend using OLB Standard bullet nib markers on our magnetic planners.

You can't go wrong with black or white markers on the majority of our planners. They're simple, bold and practical.

Coloured liquid chalk markers are perfect for colour coding your life. Assign a colour to each family member so they can quickly identify what's related to them and encourage independent thinking.

Please be mindful that some coloured markers may not result in a bold result if used on coloured backgrounds. the colours blend together and can be difficult to see unless there is a strong contrast.

To remove liquid chalk off light coloured planners we recommend using whiteboard cleaner as it is perfect for dissolving liquid chalk. Darker backgrounds planners can be cleaned with a damp microfiber cloth.

Whiteboard markers can be used on light coloured planners (note: whiteboard markers can not be used on black or dark backgrounds).

Before use, make sure both the back of the planner and the fridge surface are completley dry and dust free. The smallest speck of dust may distort the surface of the planner. 

After cleaning, always wait for the planner to be completely dry before writing on it.

When moving the planner, carefully lift from the bottom corner. Try to use a fingernail to get under the planner to release the magnetic force. 

When writing with whiteboard markers, always use a whiteboard cleaner from the first time to avoid staining. 

Do not wipe from the edges of the planner, this will result in the laminate ifting and moisture getting under the surface. 

Do not drag the planner on the fridge surface. Instead, carefully place it in the desired location and lift carefully to relocate. 

Please refer to the fridge manufacturers user guide for advice on cleaning and maintaining the surface. 

AVOID abrasive cleaning products including; chemicals, magic eraser, paper towel etc. These products will damage the surface of your planner. Please only use a soft, lint free cloth that is slightly damp.

Are your magnetic planners reusable?

Yes – all our magnetic planners are fully reusable. Simply write with our liquid chalk markers, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. No smudging, no ghosting.

Colour Matching

We work closely with our suppliers to produce the highest quality products. We have quality control processes in place to provide our customers with the closest possible colour match.

From time to time there may be colour variations between planners within a collection. Please understand that products purchased at different times are unlikely to be identical to those previously purchased.

When packing your order, we do our best to make sure you have matching planners but unfortunaltey it isn't always possible to get a perfect match. Should this be of concern, we recommend purchasing complimentary colours rather than a single colour way.

What kind of pens or markers can I use?

We recommend using our liquid chalk markers, which are designed to glide smoothly on the surface and wipe off completely. Regular whiteboard markers can work, but may leave residue or ghosting.

Will the magnet hold on any fridge?

Our planners have a full magnetic backing that works best on magnetic metal surfaces. Some modern fridges (especially stainless steel or glass-front models) are non-magnetic – we suggest testing your fridge first or using adhesive strips or magnetic boards if needed.

Do I need to replace it every year?

Nope! Our planners are undated and perpetual, so you can use them month after month, year after year. Just wipe and update as your schedule evolves.

Do you offer different sizes or colours?

Absolutely. We offer chalk pens, pen holders, shopping list boards, blank notes boards, and more – all designed to match your planner and keep your fridge looking tidy and coordinated.

Can I order a custom design?

Sorry no. We're not able to create one-off designs as our planners are ordered in bulk quantities. 

Orders placed before 9am Qld time AEST (excludes weekends + public holidays) will usually be despatched the same day. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

Orders over $150* qualify for Free standard shipping in Australia and New Zealand (conditions apply).

Customers may choose to upgrade to Express Post at the checkout however this is not covered under the free shipping offer.

Orders less than $150 are charged a flat rate: $10 standard & $15 express.

* Large items from the Wall Hub range are a flat rate of $20 due to their size. These items are excluded from the Free Shipping offer
