In line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our policies outline the terms for returns, faults, sale periods, and order processing.
We provide detailed product descriptions, images, and measurements to support confident purchases. If you're unsure about a product, we encourage you to get in touch—we’re happy to assist with further imagery or guidance before you order.
Conditions
- Items must be suitable for resale, unused and in the original packaging.
- We cannot refund any shipping costs and the return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
- If your order included a free gift, it must be returned to receive a full refund. If not returned, the gift’s value will be deducted.
- Refunds are processed on the item total only. We do not refund any shipping costs nor payment processing costs (Paypal, afterpay etc.) and your item cost is the actual price you paid, taking any discounts used into consideration.
- If you received free shipping on your original order and choose to return your full order, the shipping cost already paid by Organising Life Beautifully will be deducted from the total return value.
- Your refund will be confirmed by email notification after your original items have been received and verified in re-sellable condition.
- If you choose to send your parcel back as 'Return To Sender', our shipping account will be charged a we will then deduct that fee from your refund amount.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you're welcome to place a new order and return your original following the return conditions above.
Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional sale periods—including storewide discounts, bundles during sale periods, coded offers or discounted preorders—are considered final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty under ACL. Exceptions to this are welcome code offers used with full-priced orders, or if terms state so at time of sale. Please check your cart carefully before placing your order. We're unable to cancel, change or combine orders once submitted.
Bundles
If part of a bundle is returned after purchase during a non-storewide sale period, is not more than 20% off and items purchased are full priced individually at time of sale, the remaining item(s) will revert to full RRP and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
How to Submit a return
All returns must be submitted via out returns portal. To assist us in assessing your return request, please upload at least one photo of any damaged items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@organisinglifebeautifully.com.au
