Shipping - International

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment being finalised and usually shipped the following business day.
  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel service.
  • Orders that qualify for FREE shipping are sent via Parcel Post. Customers may choose to select Express Post at the checkout.
  • Upgrades to Express Post are not covered under our FREE shipping offer. 
  • Once you order has been placed you will receive confirmation via email. Please check your junk/spam folders as it will sometimes be directed there. 
  • You will also receive email confirmation when your order has been shipped - this will include tracking information so you can monitor progress.

  • At the checkout customers may choose between International Standard and International Express shipping. Estimated timeframes are shown in the below table.
  • When selecting international standard shipping, please note that the parcel is not prioritised throughout its journey. Please select the Express option if you need the order more quickly.

  • You will also receive confirmation via email when your order has been shipped - this will include tracking information.
  • All mail is subject to Customs clearance upon arrival in your country.  Note: The timeframe that packages are with Customs is out of the control of postal services. 
  • Please allow for the ongoing impact of Covid on Australian and international shipping companies.

  • If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking information prior to contacting us. 
  • If your parcel is marked as being delivered, please contact Australia Post in the first instance. Unfortunately, we are not able to investigate the item once it's been delivered. 
  • If your parcel has not been delivered, please contact us and we will investigate it further. 
  • If your parcel has been delivered and the contents are damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the contents. You will need to lodge a claim through Australia Post. You can also do this in person at your local Post Office. Note: We are not able to investigate the damage as once it's been delivered, the responsibility falls with Australia Post. 
  • Most importantly we want to make sure you get what you ordered so you are welcome to contact us and we will assist you where we can.
