Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch

Orders placed before 10am Qld time AEST (excludes weekends + public holidays) will be despatched the same day. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (sales or launch campaigns), due to extreme weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Organising Life Beautifully's reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Brisbane, Queensland and so we follow any Queensland public holidays. Please view the Australia Post website for current delivery estimates. We reserve the right to utilise other delivery partners for bulkier order deliveries like those including multiple coat hanger boxes due to the limitations that Australia Post has on delivery weights and sizes.

Shipping within Australia

Orders over $150* qualify for Free standard shipping (conditions apply).

Customers may choose to upgrade to Express Post at the checkout however this is not covered under the free shipping offer.

Orders less than $150 are charged a flat rate: $10 standard & $15 express.

* Large items from the Wall Hub range are a flat rate of $20 due to their size. These items are excluded from the Free Shipping offer

Selecting Express Post at checkout will not speed up order processing time - you are paying for an express Australia Post parcel transit time ONLY. All items are sent via regular mail through Australia Post within Australia. Postage pricing includes the handling, packaging of your purchase, post satchel or box and tracking where applicable.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

* The Wall Hub range is not available for international shipping.

We offer both regular and express shipping for international customers charged at a flat rate of $20 AUD.

When selecting international standard shipping, please note that the parcel is not prioritised throughout its journey. Please select the Express option if you need the order more quickly.

International Order + Duties/Taxes

Orders are sent via regular mail with Australia Post (some basic tracking for US/NZ unless stated at checkout) - check estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website

Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax-free threshold. In some cases, our products may be within the threshold, however we advise you check your local customs office to determine whether your order might incur any additional additional charges upon entry into your country before you place your order if you are unsure. If regular shipping is selected, please allow a minimum of 20 business days for your order to arrive.

All mail is subject to Customs clearance upon arrival in your country.  Note: The timeframe that packages are with Customs is out of the control of postal services. 

All international orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post.

Missing or Damaged Orders

Australia Post requires a signature unless you specify otherwise when placing your order. If you request a parcel be left unattended, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. 

Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address or parcel locker.

If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as Australia Post will return to sender if you do not make these details clear.

If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking information prior to contacting us. The tracking email is sent as soon as your order is dispatched, please check your junk/spam folder if you're unable to locate it.

If your parcel is marked as delivered, please contact Australia Post in the first instance.

If your parcel has not been delivered, please contact us and we will investigate it further. 

If your parcel has been delivered and the contents are damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the contents. You may need to lodge a claim through Australia Post and will need evidence should you need to make a claim.
Note: We will do our best to help however we are limited as once your item has been delivered, the responsibility falls with Australia Post. 

Most importantly we want to make sure you get what you ordered so please do contact us and we will assist you where we can. 

Postal Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details have been entered correctly before an order is placed. Organising Life Beautifully is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing post will
occur at the customer's expense as our warehouse has to resend through the system.
