Care Guide

For general cleaning, use a damp soft cloth and gently wipe the acrylic surface. It’s important that the cloth is not overly wet. Avoid using paper towels or rough materials that may scratch the acrylic.

Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents or ammonia-based products, as they may damage the acrylic.

Avoid extreme temperatures: acrylic is sensitive to temperature changes so it’s important to keep your planner away from direct sunlight, excessive heat or extreme cold. Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures may cause warping or discolouration.

Handle with care: when handling your acrylic planner, be gentle and avoid dropping or banging it against hard surfaces. Acrylic is relatively durable, but impacts may lead to cracks or fractures.

Shipping

Orders will usually be despatched within 2 business days of being placed. Once orders are placed, you may amend your order via the link in your confirmation email for up to 6o minutes. Following this, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (sales or launch campaigns), due to extreme weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Organising Life Beautifully's reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Brisbane, Queensland and so we follow any Queensland public holidays. Please view the Australia Post website for current delivery estimates. We reserve the right to utilise other delivery partners for bulkier order deliveries like those including multiple coat hanger boxes due to the limitations that Australia Post has on delivery weights and sizes.

Orders over $150* qualify for Free standard shipping in Australia and New Zealand (conditions apply).

Customers may choose to upgrade to Express Post at the checkout however this is not covered under the free shipping offer.

Orders less than $150 are charged a flat rate: $10 standard & $15 express.

* Large items from the Wall Hub range are a flat rate of $20 due to their size. These items are excluded from the Free Shipping offer

Selecting Express Post at checkout will not speed up order processing time - you are paying for an express Australia Post parcel transit time ONLY.
