Wholesale Terms and Conditions
MINIMUM QUANTITIES : The minimum spend for a first order is AUD $500. Subsequent orders require an AUD $300 minimum spend. Please note that we do not offer our products on consignment.
PRICING: All wholesale prices are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The recommended retail price (RRP) for each product is listed on our website and on our wholesale line sheet.
Stockists are free to set their pricing as they see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP.
PAYMENT: Orders can be placed through our wholesale portal. Orders placed online require payment at the time the order is placed.
Should you wish to make alternate arrangements, please contact Sharon on 0419 435 698 or firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss alternate arrangements.
FREIGHT / SHIPPING: We ship via eParcel and Courier, this is dependant on the weight of products ordered. We will endeavour to source the best rate of the day.
Freight is not included in product pricing, rather it is calculated at the time of shipment and you will be invoiced separately.
In-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days, providing payment has been received. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.
If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be automatically split to ship in-stock items immediately. Products not available will be placed on backorder and dispatched once back in stock.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be issued with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the delivery progress. Please allow for extra delivery time during peak times e.g. Christmas.
If your order is returned to sender we will contact you. If you would like us to resend your order, you will be charged postage a second time.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Return of faulty/damaged items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please email the details of the damage, including a photo, and your invoice number. Non- delivery must be reported immediately.
If your order, or part there-of, arrives damaged please notify us within 5 days of receipt by emailing us. You will then be asked to return the damaged items for a replacement or full refund.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for unsold stock.
EXCLUSIVITY: At this time we do not offer exclusivity of Organising Life Beautifully products in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are reasonably distant from each other, or by offering a different product mix.
SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF ORGANISING LIFE BEAUTIFULLY PRODUCTS: Organising Life Beautifully products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy etc. Selling Organising Life Beautifully products on these marketplaces is not allowed under any circumstance.
All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets or packs may not be broken up and sold individually.
Organising Life Beautifully products being sold online must state clearly that they are created by Organising Life Beautifully.
LIABILITY: Organising Life Beautifully cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
