Care Guide

Activate

  • Brand new markers don't have any colour in the nib and need to be activated by priming the nib.
  • Remove the cap and with the nib facing upwards, press the nib with your thumb to release any trapped air.
  • Replace the cap firmly and shake the marker vigorously until you can hear a ball bearing moving in the barrel.
  • Using the reverse side of this card, press the nib in and out repeatedly until the colour saturates the nib. Please persist as this may take a while but it will work.
  • If after activation the marker is watery, this means that the product is not mixing properly. Repeat the steps above ensuring the ball bearing is moving.

Care

  • Store upright - cap end facing upwards.
  • Did you know that the nib is reversible. One end is a bullet tip and the other is a chisel tip.
  • Liquid chalk erases best when it's completely dry.
  • Stubborn stains can be removed with whiteboard cleaner or isopropyl.
  • Avoid spraying liquid directly onto liquid chalk. It's a water based product and will dissolve very quickly. Instead, spray onto a cloth and then wipe clean.
  • Use a lint free damp cloth or magic eraser to remove chalk.
  • Do not store in direct sunlight.
  • If you're not sure how the ink will react with your board, do a spot test by picking a small corner, Place a small dot of ink, allow it to dry and then erase.

How to reverse the nib: Use a tissue or paper towel to hold the nib, gently pull out the nib and reinsert it into the barrel. Then turn the nib clockwise a couple of times to secure it. You're now ready to use the alternate nib and create your masterpiece.

Ohhhh, the pretty colours, but that's not all....

These are QUALITY, they write beautifully, they are very pigmented and suit my needs 800% (not a typo).

Great chalk markers

Great chalk markers. I just wish there was a colour black too.

I really love all of the products

I really love all of the products, however was disappointed with the liquid chalks as one of three chalks in the pack was missing thr ball inside and therefore I can't use it. Some of the colours are hard to see against the blue, but the markers themselves go on well and I love how quickly they dry.

Erin
Colours are beautiful, faulty pack

Colours are beautiful, however a couple of pens in the pack will not work. I’ve tried all of the recommended steps however a clear very slightly colour liquid comes out instead. The ones that do work are great,

Simply beautiful...

I received a few items from Organising Life Beautifully to help me keep track of meal plans, freeze contents and my shopping list. For the most part I have been delighted. The pieces are easy to use and beautiful compared to my previous whiteboards. I will note that one of the chalk marker pens doesn't work so well against the sage background but aside from this I am absolutely delighted.

Right choice

Before I ordered these I did a quick shop around and found these were great value. I love how easy they wipe off and the colours really pop on the blackboard. I’m glad I made the right choice by getting these.

Liquid Chalk fun

Who knew there was such a thing. I love the different colours. Some suit black background and some are more suited to the white background. I also use them them on my freezer now to remind me what I have in there.

At first, I thought they weren't going to work, as you have to shake them to get them working, on the first use. I love them! They are great for lsminated worksheets and have very bright colours. They wipe off eas
ily too.

Excelllent markers

The markers are exceptionally durable and bright compared to others on the market.
They last a fair while and the colours are vibrant and very easy to write with.

Could be a little finer

Great colours and variety but could have had a little more finer tip. I find it difficult to write and not have the letters blend into each other. Otherwise, I love them.

Annabel
Great

This is my second marker from this brand. In the meantime I also purchased 3 other brands of liquid chalk marker and they were all rubbish. These are the best I’ve used.

Great colours and look fantastic on my black planners. 4 stars only because 2 of my markers have a flow issue, they still work, just need to be stored upside down.
